Community Care

During this unprecedented health crisis, we want to make the health, safety, and accommodation of our

customers a top priority. We have undertaken guidelines that include intensified cleaning regimens, adjusted

customer care for your absolute convenience, and a dealership-wide responsibility to look after our employee's

health and yours. Read more to learn about the next steps and updates.

Health and safety first. We urge that all employees stay home if they experience any symptoms. We have also

kindly asked all staff members to refrain from shaking hands and to remain a safe distance.

Cleanliness. We have intensified the dealership cleaning regimen. There will be a continual rotation of staff

throughout the day that will sanitize all surfaces, door handles, and everything that comes into human contact.

Their routine will also include a deep clean after hours.

Everyone will do their part. Our entire staff has undergone instruction and health guidelines of the CDC. And, we

have instructed our employees to take responsibility to clean and disinfect their areas multiple times a day–this

includes keyboards, light switches, mouses, desks, etc.

Convenience won’t stop (in-store and virtual). For those that are unwell, or would prefer to not visit the store, we

offer vehicle drop-off, pick up, and a drop-off box for all your service needs. We will also have all tools for

shopping via online. This includes a virtual showroom, test drive, option to call/Facetime your sales associate,

and to process all payments online.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact the dealership. We are 100% dedicated to

accommodating you and our staff at all times. We will be intensely monitoring for any updates on laws, codes,

and guidelines via the CDC.

Prevention Techniques

The ILLinois Department of Public Health recommends practicing common sense public health measures to

help combat the spread of the coronavirus. These measures include:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Stay home when you are sick. Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
