If i could id rate 20 out of 10⭐️'s Will buy from them again. Extremely helpful i did alot of my homework on my own but any questions I had were answered with ease. I bought a Jeep from this father and son business two months ago. I also bought a warranty on my car. First week the car already had thermostat problems and they told me to tell the warranty company I didn’t pick up my car when I had already did (weird). Worst experience ever purchasing a car. Bought a car from here, car was driven for 5 days then started having all kinds of issues. Ended up having to change thermostat, water pump, new radiator put in, system flushed multiple times. At one point car even literally caught on fire. Then come to find out after talking to multiple mechanics, the car needs a new head gasket but they said it's not worth it. It's best to just change the whole motor. They tried to pass off a car as a model it wasn't. When they were called out, they changed it then lied and said it wasn't listed like that. Plus, their cars are overpriced. Don't do business with them. They are very dishonest.
Originally gave 5 stars, but I had to change it. The first day after buying my car from them the check engine light came on. The hybrid battery was bad in the car and needed replaced. Thank God I got an extended warranty! This car has been in the shop since I've owned it and I haven't been able to use it at all. I definitely won't buy another vehicle from them again.

My vehicle has been in and out of the shop since I purchased it. It is getting a new engine as I am typing. All of the parts the mechanic is pulling out from under the hood are FROM A JUNKYARD!!!!!
Worst of all, they knew I was a registered nurse who needed a reliable vehicle during a pandemic. Owner even went on to say he would take good care of me because his daughter is a nurse going to school to be a nurse practitioner.

My son and I purchased a 2010 Ford Fusion from Champion about a week and a half ago.The reviews you see about JAMES and his dad are true they are nice guys and that is where it ends once the deal is done!! Terrible people and most 5 star reviews are from the employees. Lie about cars conditions and don’t even hear offer but agree to have people drive out far to them.
Test drive the 2004 Wrangler unlimited. Now listed for $11,900.00 Was listed for $10,495.00 when I test drove it. They said they would take $9,900.00, and it needs $1500.00 - $2000.00 worth of work. They raised the price the next day after my test drive. They don't want to sell the car. They want it in inventory!
Spoke with James on Tuesday told him I’m driving four hours from Wisconsin to come look at a vehicle they had for sale. He promised me he would hold the vehicle for me until I get there. I arrived there about an hour ago and he had someone in the office purchasing the vehicle. As I was leaving he pulled me on the side and told me “Buddy I did you a favor this truck won’t last two weeks” Real nice
Bought an 06 civic around March last year. Purchased their recommended extended warranty with it in case of any upcoming issues. The car lasted about 4 months before the engine blew. The warranty wouldn't cover it so I attempted to recoup some of the money I put into the warranty, which I was told I would be compensated with a refund back in November, only later to find out I'm eating all of the costs. I spent around $9000 on a car from these guys that lasted me about 4 months in total.
As Jared's wife, I just have to get on here and say that you referred to us not accepting responsibility yet you are not accepting responsibility for your salesman, Josh, not telling me about a deposit. I would have happily paid it so that my husband could get the vehicle that he wanted. I also did not say he would possibly be there, I said he would be there. You basically called my husband an idiot to his face for your salesman's error. So much for "The customer is always right", huh?
This place will take a run for your money. Put you in years of debt. Do not trust any of them. If you are young and have never financed a car before, go somewhere else.
I was not given the full history on the car and now I’m stuck fixing everything that was not disclosed when I got the car. Don’t go here and get scammed.
The epitome of the used car scam. They charged the AC just before I got there so it would be working. It all leaked out by the time I got home. The tires were weather checked and unsafe. The leaf spring was broken. And the rear differential needs to be replaced but not something you could tell at the low speeds of a test drive. Oh they painted the pig up real nice and did a great job of detailing it. If there were closer I would give them a real Chicago greeting.
Absolutely disrespectful business. Terrible service! If it would be possible would give 0 stars. One is a huge favour!
